MarSerena Hotel & Cabins is a family hotel built upon a dream; to give to our guests quality accommodation along with friendly warmness.

MarSerena is located in La Serena city, only few steps away from the pacific ocean (50 mts), and in the center of the most touristic area of the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Rooms and Cabins at MarSerna have private bathroom and are completely furnished featuring a small freezer, microwave, flat screen tv with cable, free Wi Fi. Each unit, also has a terrace and free private parking.

Breakfast is delivered every morning to the room in box format to be prepared.

MarSerena is surrounded by gardens,areas have free Wi Fi, cold water swimming pool and hot water Jacuzzi beside the pool in the garden.

We are located 2 kilometers away from the Casino, 5 minutes from the city center of La Serena and 10 kilometers from La Florida airport. Front desk service 24 hour.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws,Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
